Return Policy

Scope: Applies to all physical products purchased on our website.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. 

Items must be in original condition.

2. Initiating a Return

Please complete our Return Request Form below to request a refund or return shipping label (see section below). 

Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. You can print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off for return.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
